LocumLink is a technology platform — the operating system for doctor staffing. We're building a hospital dashboard and a doctor mobile app with an automated matching engine, live shift tracking, digital credentialing, and platform-managed payments. Today, during early access, requests are handled through WhatsApp with human-assisted matching while the full platform is rolled out. We are not a staffing agency or a recruitment consultancy — we're building the infrastructure that replaces the need for one.

Every doctor hiring need, through one platform: emergency same-day coverage, locum shifts, part-time doctors, visiting consultants, and permanent recruitment of full-time consultants, RMOs, medical officers and specialists. You shouldn't need a different vendor for each — LocumLink handles them all with the same verified doctor pool.

Hospitals pay only on a successful placement — there is no upfront cost to join or request a doctor. Doctors register for free and never pay to be listed. Exact fees are agreed with each hospital based on the hiring type, shift volume, and specialty mix, so pricing is always custom to your needs.

If a confirmed doctor can't make it, the platform immediately re-matches from our verified pool and keeps you updated throughout. You pay only for a placement that actually happens — if a shift isn't covered, you aren't charged for it.

Today, our WhatsApp line is staffed 6AM to 10PM and we treat every request as urgent. For emergency coverage, we're building to a 30-minute confirmation commitment. As the platform launches, the matching engine will notify eligible verified doctors instantly — cutting response times dramatically. Permanent and scheduled hires follow a structured timeline we'll share upfront.

We're launching first in Haryana, with Delhi NCR next in line. More regions roll out as our verified doctor pool grows. If we're not in your city yet, join the waitlist — we prioritize expansion to regions with waiting hospitals.

Every placement is documented with a clear digital record of the shift, the doctor, and the agreed fee. Hospitals are invoiced only for successful placements, and doctors receive clear settlement on completed shifts — no informal cash arrangements, no ambiguity, whether it's a single locum shift or a permanent hire. Platform-managed payments are coming soon.

Yes. Request any specialty — anaesthesia, ICU, medicine, emergency, OBGYN, and more — for any hiring type, whether it's a same-day emergency, a recurring visiting consultant, or a permanent consultant role. Tell us the specialty, timing, and location, and the matching engine finds suitable verified doctors. If we don't yet have a verified doctor in a specific specialty in your area, we'll be upfront and work to onboard one.

The hospital dashboard and doctor mobile app are in active development and will roll out to early-access hospitals and doctors first.
